Description

A 10,000L Poly Industrial Silo, high volume and small footprint. This is a tall tank, with a diameter of only 2 meters.

For heavy industrial use, where the material density can be as high as 1.5 kg / L, we also use extra tough High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) – which is suitable to store almost all industrial chemicals.

The base has a 25-degree cone, and a 4” BSP male thread outlet, which can be reduced to suit your pipework, or can be flanged to Table ‘D’ or Table ‘E’. Extra pipe fittings can be added to suit individual requirements.

This silo has a separate steel stand as a support. Whilst the clear height under the outlet is nominally 650mm, this can be varied to suit custom requirements.

One of the cross brace pairs are removable, to give full access for pipework fitting, and the 4 footplates can be bolted down to the floor. Engineer certified for non-cyclonic areas and the tank also features certified lifting lugs, to make lifting into position easy

The heavy steel stand is hot-dipped galvanised and suitable for all-weather applications. Stainless steel on request for highly corrosive environments.

The Poly Industrial Silo is a bespoke tank measuring 2m in diameter and has a storage capacity of 10 000L, fittings and framework are also made to customer specifications.
